Sunbury Animal Hospital was started in 1952 by Donald C. Kamsler, VMD and is a full service veterinary clinic offering services for all animals. Our goal is to provide state-of-the-art, compassionate and professional services to our clients and we strive to achieve your satisfaction. We are a certified member of the American Animal Hospital Association.

Our large animal facility is within a 15 minute drive located in Paxinos in the Gettysburg Estates.

Our Patients
We provide the best care possible to all our patients, large and small, and are willing to work with all species. If you have questions about your pet please call before making an appointment.
We have boarding and grooming facilities with pick-up and drop-off times 7 days a week. The facilities are both heated and air conditioned with outdoor runs for dogs, weather permitting, and a separate room for cats and exotic species. We also have a haul-in medical and surgical facility for our large animal clients. Please call ahead to make appointments for grooming and boarding.
